Little Nemo Intro

Little Nemo Intro was a student project created under the supervision of SCAD professor Merrik Henry. The assignment was to recreate the intro of a movie using dynamic type in Adobe After Effects. I chose the 1989 film, "Little Nemo". Little Nemo has a long rich history that originated in a comic strip for the New York Herold in 1905. I tried to draw from this visual history and created a colage aesthetic in my animation. The music is from a rendition of a composition created for the Little Nemo video game by Capcon for the NES, where I was first introduced to the story.
